The Singapore Council of Woman's organization inducted our Minister Lim Hwee Hua into the hall of fame for being pioneers in the public service.She had among other things transformed Serangoon constituency and brought changes to the lives of many who lived and worked in her ward.
The Serangoon North Constituency in particular is very fortunate to have her as our MP and advisor to many of the GROs.
Her intelligence and her soft but firm way in which she conducted her activities is both an asset to all the SNV residents and people of Singapore.
WHO SAYS THAT WOMEN IN SINGAPORE ARE NOT GETTING ANY WHERE?
SHE IS A TYPICAL EXAMPLE OF THE WAY THINGS ARE CHANGING IN SINGAPORE AND ALSO TO THIS WORLD WHERE WOMEN ARE IN CHARGE.
GOD CREATED MAN AND WOMAN EQUAL.
