Last monday (5/4/10) was the day most older Singaporean chinese and all over the world with chinese people, paid their respect and performed prayers for their dearly departed family members.Most will visit the tombs and visit crematorium to remember the departed love ones.
As usual, food and drinks will be offered and paper money and package containing the paper offerings were burn for their love ones.
A GREAT DAY TO REMEMBER THE SACRIFICES OF OUR PARENTS AND RELATIVES.
THIS IS A DAY OF GRATITUDE AND AN OCCASION FOR THE FAMILY TO BE TOGETHER TO OFFER THE RESPECT.
A GREAT TRADITION but PLEASE LESS BURNING TO SAVE THE EARTH.
