THE ADVENTURE OF SIMON THE CAT

Two sundays ago, Simon decided to take a walk outside the clinic. He escaped from the clinic through the window by climbing out of a hole to the awning and hid himself at the other corner of the block.
Luckily, Sally managed to find him after much searching and we got him back later in the afternoon.
He was tired and hungry and decided to take the rest of the day off ----sleeping.

HE IS VERY LUCKY!!

ILLEGAL PARKING OF VEHICLE AT BLOCK 151 SERANGOON NORTH VILLAGE.

The HDB spent millions up grading the estate and the business area only to be spoiled by the illegal, inconsiderate and indiscriminate parking of cars, lorries and vans at sites that will blocked the flow of traffic.

My car was damaged by another who was trying to get out of a parking lot but his view and path was blocked by another vehicle.

Luckily, the warden will be patrolling the area more often now. Let us hope not just when called upon by frustrated drivers.

THE BASIC PROBLEM WITH RACIAL POLITIC

Once again, Dr Mahatir showed his racial inclination and choose to blame the problem with the system on others rather then his own.
He forgot to take note that when you point a finger at others , you are also doing the same 4X more as indicated by the 4 fingers.

He failed to address this problem even after his 20 plus years as the PM with an iron hand and many more cronies at his disposal.

The Malay race in Singapore took a different approach, and prosper. Even when he chose to ignore the facts,he cannot denied that the Malays in Spore are not going en mass to his country. Many are firm supporters of the PAP government and are also active participant of grassroot activities.

A SAD DAY FOR ANOTHER NICE PRIME MINISTER.

Kelvin Rudd resigned from the post of the prime minister of Australia, after his public approval rating dropped to a level that will take the Labor government into the opposition if an election was called.

He was succeeded by his deputy ,who launched a challenge to his post as head of the labor party. He stepped aside to avoid a humiliating vote and prevent further division to the party.

I admired him a lot for his wisdom, soft and gentle approach to life's problem. He did a good job, getting Australia away from the global recession and standing firm as a sovereign nation and no longer another puppet of the USA.

Many a wise man said ---NICE MAN DO NOT MADE GOOD POLITICIAN AND IF THEY DO THEY DO NOT STAY LONG. His followed the foot steps of ex PM of Malaysia, Abdullah badawi.

PASTOR NG ...AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH OR POOR JUDGEMENT???

Once again, another pastor was caught saying things that hurt the feelings of others' belief. He was called up by the ISA and was quick to admit his insensitivity to others' religion.

MASSIVE TUMOUR FROM A JACK RUSSEL

This lump or tumor was a metastasis from a mammary gland tumor.
It was removed from a dog that was 13 years old and only 5 kg in weight.
The lump was 0.35kg and was growing so fast that it was affecting the stance and balance of the dog.
She was fine after the surgery and went home shortly.

HOPE SHE LIVE AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.....

This is a nice picture of the sun rising to bless the earth and the animals and plants that live on mother nature---- world.

This picture could be just a dream if the greed of man is allowed to continue. Already the ice are melting at an amazing rate and the signs of impending doom is there for all to see.

Many are still enjoying life to the fullest without any care or worries as they viewed that all resources are theirs to use.
The future for our children and theirs are not for them to see and bother at all.

The ray of hope comes from education of the young to make them aware of the future and what can be done to slow down the melt down and allow nature to recover so they can continue to provide for all a little longer..........

A VERY APPROACHABLE MAN THAT IS ALWAYS WILLING TO LISTEN.

THE GREENING OF SERANGOON NORTH VILLAGE

WITH THE COMPLETION OF THE $7 MILLION UP GRADING OF THE VILLAGE, THE ROS COMMITTEE AND THE NATIONAL PARK HAD WORKED CLOSELY TO ENSURE THAT THE CHARM OF THE GREEN VILLAGE WILL NOT BE LOST.

A CONCRETE JUNGLE MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE HOLD AND THE AMBIANCE OF THE VILLAGE MUST NOT BE AFFECTED.

OVER THE LAST FEW WEEK MANY TREES WERE PLANTED ALL OVER THE AREA TO HELP PRESERVED THE CHARM OF THE OLD SERANGOON KAMPONG FEELING.

AS THE REST OF SINGAPORE CHANGED , WE MUST HOLD ON TO THE OUTDOOR FEEL AND PRESERVED THE GREEN HERITAGE OF THIS PART OF SINGAPORE.
