CHANGI IS BACK AGAIN TO THE BEST AIRPORT IN THE WORLD


Finally, our beloved airport got back the title she lost last year. The management worked hard to regain the title and will have to work harder to keep the title for the next year.

MY QUESTION IS THAT SHOULD WE BE TOO ENGAGED AND BOTHERED TO IMPROVE ,OUR PRODUCTIVITY AND GOOD SERVICE BECAUSE THERE IS THE AWARD TO UP HOLD?
THIS SHOULD BE AN ON GOING PROCESS ,REGARDLESS OF THE AWARD OR NOT.

WE SHOULD ALL LEARN FROM THE PETROL SERVICE ATTENDANT WHOSE WORK IS CONSISTENTLY POLITE , HAPPY AND HELPFUL.
THEY DESERVED THE AWARD OF THE INDUSTRY WITH THE MOST CONSISTENT SERVICE STANDARD.

BY THE WAY,MOST OF THESE ATTENDANTS ARE FOREIGN WORKERS FROM CHINA.

NOT LONG AGO THEY WERE USUALLY THE SINGAPOREAN UNCLE AND AUNTIE, RUDE UNPRODUCTIVE AND POORLY DISCIPLINED.
