GRAND OLD LADY OF ETVET
HI!!! I am "Marble" the tricolor cat. I am 16 years old and live in a clinic where most of my kind goes for treatment. I am the queen of the clinic and in my hay days I used to sit in the clinic watching the days go by. I ruled with an iron claw and all other cats and dogs listen to me and I will wacked any that dare to disobey. I uses to have a steady stream of visitors at the clinic and my rules are strict. No touching just see or they will live to regret it. Now I am old and my diet consist of juices from canned food. I am generous as I will leave the rest to the other cats. Life is slow now and I am waiting for the day when i will say goodbye to this world but I must say I made my presence felt by all. Goodbye now and I will talk again later.
A beautitul start to an evening @ CHANGI BEACH
This photo was taken a few weeks ago at around 6pm and I was amazed at the sights of the sea,sand,grass,trees,clouds,sun and the planes that flew in to land.
Two new life to add to nature
This chicks were hatched two weeks ago near my sitting room and I was able to monitor them from eggs to chicks. Their parents took turns hatching them and later took turns feeding them so they can grow and fly like them. Their hard work attracted other "bird pirates" who took the opportunity to rob them of the meals they bought for their chicks. I was glad that they grew quickly and flew off in a short period of less then 2 weeks. I am even more grateful to be given the opportunity to see life in the making. Such is the wonder of nature and the fact that they survive the harsh nights and danger proves that life iwill always go on.
A double blessing for Singapore!!!
On a humid misty evening in the month of April 2009, I was mesmerised by the sight of the double rainbow outsibe my window. The beauty of nature is wonderful and this beauty is awsome and makes me treasure GAIA more. I wonder how much longer can the sight be avaliable to the world. Enjoy the beauty of nature and love all .Be grateful and contented so one can stay happy while the world spins to eternity till the GOD ends it.
A DOG'S LIFE IN SINGAPORE
Hello all!!! I am a 8 year old Labrador and was given the name CHINO by my master.He fed me twice daily with home cooked meal and I gets a bath every afternoon. At 5pm I gets a body wipe and sometimes I get to walk around the neighbourhood . I enjoy getting the attention of the other dogs who are jealous of my freedom too. I do not have to do much except lazze around and barks at the postman and the occassional dogs that walk past my gate. I now get to sleep under the fan and near my cousin, A little hairy shit zoo called esther. The little bitch is cute and likes to chew my legs when she is not happy but I care less as all I need is to push her aside with a little toe.I hate it when it rains and thunder scares the shit out of me so I prayed that the LIGHTING GOD have pity on me and give me less of the noise and flashing light. I am sleepy now so I will write again when I send my Telepathic message thru the empty brain of my owner. Jokes aside I love him and I know he loves me too. Those reading this may now wonder whose life is better. Yours or mine or my master or am I the master??? HAA HAA

My Cat simon is learning to use the microscope at the clinic.He is forever curious and learning new things. Such is life even in the animal kingdom.

SNMA APPRECIATION NIGHT 2009 This was a special night that sees the biggest gathering of the business community of SNV.Awards were given to the best shops and workers including the cleaners and coffee shop assistant. Jackie,the MC was wonderful and ensured that the night was exciting and entertaining. Awards was also given out to the Friends of SNMA and we all feel very proud of the newly formed SNMA.The GOH, Mdm DAISIE TAN was wonderful and in her speech she gave heart touching words that expressed most acurately the feelings of all during the night. Our MP and Patron in chief,Minister LIM HWEE HUA was overseas but she gave her support and encouragement to all involved. As the organizing chairman I would like to thank all who helped to ensure a successful night but please allow me to mention Our MP, Minister LIM HWEE HUA, MADAM DAISIE TAN, MR TAY SWEE YEE, PATRICK ONG and my wife ,SALLY CHIA who is the inspiration for my venture into community work.
